The Holiday Season is well under way, and as usual expectations are high, and so is the stress. Most of this stress is self-imposed and yet people continue to do it year after year. We never really learn--do we? People are friendlier than usual during the holidays, but also more impatient at the same time. This is especially evident when they're driving. We are all quite busy indeed but, let's try to remember in spite of the activity and distractions, there are people who will be alone during the holidays. I want to encourage everyone to reach out and connect with some one that you suspect might be lonely. It's an easy thing to do. No one should feel alone during the holidays.
